Over the past 4 years I've served as Head of Growth for Open Forest Protocol where we take a uniquely scalable approach to dMRV and credit issuance that also improves credit quality. My goal is to raise awareness of our disruptive technology within the VCM and drive widespread adoption so that we can move away from exclusive, expensive, and slow registries. Most notably, Bob has worked as the 1st head of Head of People at Imperfect Foods, a food delivery service started with the mission to eliminate food waste. In this role, he was responsible for managing talent strategies, engaging work cultures, and promoting growth in a fast-paced multi-site environment. Bob is passionate about helping start-ups scale through innovative people strategies, with expertise in talent management, learning and development, and compensation. His leadership has helped companies expand globally, grow employee bases, and foster productive and inclusive work environments. He previously held certifications from the MCIPD and PHR-CA and has a BA in Psychology.
