Tobias Schweitzer is the Founder and CEO of AIRA Holding GmbH, a position he has held since March 2023. Prior to this, he worked in public relations and project management for carbon farming at Stiftung Lebensraum – Mensch. Boden. Wasser. Luft a german NGO about regenerative agriculture and soil science. From 2015 to 2021, he served as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, supporting organizations in various digital projects to achieve optimal results. He changed his career after receiving a scholarship from Project Together's Farm Food Climate Challenge in 2021-2022 focused on emission reduction in agriculture. Tobias is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication (expected 2027) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. He also studied Mass Media and Communication Science at the University of Vienna and Law at the University of Heidelberg and the University of Konstanz. He is a certified Scrum Master, Change Manager and a trained facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. Tobias is fluent in both German and English and is currently exploring AI for fair, ecological, and regenerative purposes.

Within my varied career, I've designed state-based financing programs, integrated 3rd party capital into utility rebate programs, and developed nature-positive investment portfolios for family offices. Over the past 4 years I've served as Head of Growth for Open Forest Protocol where we take a uniquely scalable approach to dMRV and credit issuance that also improves credit quality. My goal is to raise awareness of our disruptive technology within the VCM and drive widespread adoption so that we can move away from exclusive, expensive, and slow registries. We are now issuing our first assets from our Afforestation methodology into the market. Let's go!

Bob Lehto is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources. His career spans a variety of industries, including technology start-ups and large organizations, where he has led global teams to success. Most notably, Bob has worked as the 1st head of Head of People at Imperfect Foods, a food delivery service started with the mission to eliminate food waste. In this role, he was responsible for managing talent strategies, engaging work cultures, and promoting growth in a fast-paced multi-site environment. Bob is passionate about helping start-ups scale through innovative people strategies, with expertise in talent management, learning and development, and compensation. His leadership has helped companies expand globally, grow employee bases, and foster productive and inclusive work environments. He previously held certifications from the MCIPD and PHR-CA and has a BA in Psychology. In addition to his corporate roles, Bob is a sought-after speaker and thought leader, regularly contributing to discussions on HR trends and strategies.

I lead the Product and Data Partnerships team at Sylvera.
