Currently, Ryan is the Chairman and CEO of Cowboy Clean Fuels, LLC, a company that he co-founded in 2020 to commercialize revolutionary technology developed at the University of Wyoming to produce Renewable Natural Gas and sequester Carbon Dioxide removed from the atmosphere by leveraging natural geo-biological systems and repurposing existing energy assets. Including Cowboy, Ryan has founded, financed or managed 50 companies at seed, venture and growth equity stages, representing over $250 million of invested and committed capital.
Quincy Childs is a passionate advocate for deep decarbonization and CO₂ removal, with expertise in policy design, high-quality project development, strategic partnerships, and credible carbon markets. As Sourcing and Partnership Manager at Climeworks, she focuses on expanding the Climeworks Solutions business by securing diverse CDR supply partnerships to strengthen the organization’s portfolio. Quincy also collaborates with Carbon Gap on Transatlantic Partnerships, advancing public-private carbon removal initiatives across Europe and beyond. Previously, she led CDR policy at Clean Air Task Force, supporting U.S. and European efforts through policy development and technical advisory to CDR suppliers. In 2022, she served as a Science & Technology Policy Fellow at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she supported FECM in driving strategic engagement and regulatory development for CDR at both domestic and international levels. She holds an MSc in Environmental Governance from the University of Oxford, where her research—supervised by Oxford Net Zero and InSIS—focused on scaling permanent carbon removal through effective policy design.

His career spans multiple successful ventures in both traditional and emerging industries. After establishing himself as an attorney specializing in regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and labor law, Tyler recognized the transformative potential of blockchain technology in solving complex market challenges. This insight led him to the role of CTO at ReSeed, where he architected solutions for agricultural carbon markets and developed novel approaches to supply chain verification.  As Partner at DeepChain Legal Engineering Labs, Tyler helped bridge the gap between traditional legal frameworks and emerging technologies, creating new models for regulatory compliance in digital markets. His entrepreneurial success includes co-founding Idea Farmer LLC, which he grew from inception to recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies before its successful acquisition by Zapin Industries.  At Malama Labs, Tyler combines his legal acumen with technological innovation to address one of today’s most pressing challenges: scaling carbon removal markets. His work focuses on creating transparent, efficient market infrastructure that aligns environmental impact with economic incentives. Under his leadership, Malama Labs is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology to transform how carbon credits are verified and traded.

As a Partner of Viridian Ecosystems, a natural capital advisory firm, he develops and executes scalable, market-driven solutions that generate sustainable financial returns while enhancing natural assets. He was previously VP of Business Development at Mast Reforestation, a VC-backed reforestation technology company, where he spearheaded carbon product originations and led all growth-oriented initiatives that expanded the company's influence in reforestation and natural capital markets—from Series A through Series B funding rounds—earning recognition on the CNBC Disruptor 50 and TIME Top GreenTech Companies lists. Prior to joining Mast Reforestation, Arnoud served as COO of Growpro Inc., a diversified family agricultural business in Northern California. Day-to-day, he led its principal vertical, Cal Forest Nurseries, the largest independent reforestation stock producer in the American West. Under his leadership, CalForest gained significant market share and produced over 130 million seedlings, meaningfully contributing to large-scale reforestation efforts across the region. Earlier in his career, Arnoud built a strong foundation in global capital markets, raising and managing diverse forms of alternative investment capital in London, New York, and New Delhi. He was head of equity strategies in the US at Petercam Capital, a $250M fund of hedge funds. Backed by Hayground Cove, a $1B hedge fund, he went on to co-lead and complete the first successful SPAC (LSE:AIM) in Indian capital markets history. Thereafter, he managed select investments for the Chairman of GEM, a $1.5B VC and PE group. Building on this foundation, he pivoted to reforestation, applying his expertise to scale impact and develop innovative natural capital solutions. Arnoud serves as a Board Advisor to the University of Montana’s National Science Foundation FARTHER Engine.
